To book, the best thing to do is check availability on the official Oduo website and then send a message to John, the owner. We are in constant contact with John, who is very professional and responsive.
Good to know: if you book last minute, less than 48 hours before your arrival date, the owner often offers a 15% discount on the price. Don't hesitate to try your luck.
Rate
The price per night starts at about 275€ for 2 people from Sunday to Thursday. It is a little more expensive on weekends, holidays and special days like Valentine's Day and New Year's Day. Check-out is at 11am but you can extend your stay on request for 20€ per hour.

You can arrive on site from 5pm for Ogîte and 6pm for Oduo and Oduo Nature. The entrance is done in an autonomous way via an access code transmitted by John by email.
Oduo and Oduo Nature both occupy the same main building, but on different floors. It is impossible to cross the clients of the other loft and each loft has its own entrance and its own parking. The insulation is impeccable, we hear nothing. Ogîte has its own building, about 40 meters away.
The house, the setting, the new equipment, the cleanliness: everything is perfect. The interior design is modern, stylish and very upscale. No one can see you, you're all alone in the world.
Weather
When it's raining or snowing, the experience becomes cosy: plaids, candles, underfloor heating and Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Catering
For your meals, there are many restaurants in the area to eat in, take away or deliver. Our 3 favorites: L'O de Source, Table Rase and Hestia. If you go for a walk in the fens, make a detour to Peak Beer, a very nice microbrewery located on the highest point of Belgium.
You can also cook in the loft. Each kitchen includes the following equipment: oven, microwave, frying pans, pots and pans, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules supplied, toaster, kettle, dishwasher with tablets, hood, glasses, cutlery, bottle opener, basic spices and olive oil.
Location
Located in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, Oduo is easily accessible via the E42 highway, just a few minutes’ drive away. You’ll find yourself surrounded by meadows and forests. Nearby attractions include the Gileppe Dam, the Spa-Francorchamps racetrack (5 minutes away), the quaint village of Sart-Lez-Spa, and the town of Spa with its casino.
If you’re looking for a nice hike, we recommend setting “Signal de Botrange” as your destination on your GPS. It’s the highest point in Belgium. From the parking lot, there are several trails that take between 1.5 and 3 hours, depending on the loop you choose. These moors, dotted with ancient marshes and wooden boardwalks, offer a remarkable variety of landscapes! We come here for a walk at least twice a year.
After your walk, we recommend stopping for a bite to eat or a drink at Peek Beer, just a 2-minute drive away. This quintessentially Belgian brewery offers a wide selection of beers and quality dishes in a super cozy atmosphere. It features a large picture window with a panoramic view of the Fagnes. There’s an outdoor terrace. It can get pretty noisy, but that’s part of the place’s charm. Be sure to make a reservation in advance.

Arrival is from 6 pm (5 pm at Ogîte) and departure is possible until 11 am. It is possible to ask for a late departure, in option.
