We stayed at Quartier Latin and our experience was beyond our expectations. We particularly liked the location in the center of Marche, the outdoor terrace and the wellness area with its divine indoor pool and Mediterranean cabin, halfway between sauna and hammam. It's really very relaxing.

The history of this ancient church dates back to the early 17th century, when members of the Jesuit order from Huy began teaching in Marche-en-Famenne. The church was built between 1732 and 1740 in a characteristic Baroque style. Here's an old photograph of the building in the 20th century.

On-site communication is seamless in French, Dutch, German, English and Spanish. The staff are very friendly and responsive to any problems. A special mention goes to Gaëlle on site, with whom we have a permanent contact , always very professional and welcoming.

There are 70 elegant and very comfortable rooms. Depending on your choice, you'll enjoy the following amenities: refined furnishings, king-size double bed, private bathroom with bath or shower, Smart TV, Omnisens hospitality products and air conditioning. For your meals, visit the Quartier Latin restaurant. The cuisine features the finest seasonal produce. It's also a welcoming place for the people of Marche-en-Famenne, who love coming here to eat. Try the traditional poultry vol-au-vent, served classic or à la royale with sweetbreads!

Weather permitting, the large outdoor terrace is an extension of the restaurant, inviting you to enjoy a tasting session in a very pleasant setting. Here you can enjoy a quiet drink. Try the local gin or the excellent beer from the Atrium microbrewery.

On Sundays, a large gourmet brunch can be enjoyed between 12 and 4pm. You pay €65 per person and can eat as much as you like. Also included in the price: aperitif of the day, selected wines (white, red and rosé), water, soft drinks, coffee and tea.

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening, the dining room of Quartier Latin hosts the "Soirées Gourmandes", a 3 course meal. Upon reservation, enjoy elegant and romantic moments as a couple by candlelight, in a relaxed musical atmosphere. Count about 69€ with drinks included.

The hotel's highlight is its wellness center, open daily from 10am to 8pm. In a gentle, modern setting, enjoy the hydromassage pool, sauna, Mediterranean cabin, relaxation area and herbal tea room. Towels and slippers are provided. The products used are from the 100% natural Belgian brand Bobonne.

If it's raining or snowing, the following facilities are available: plaids and umbrellas at reception, bath balls sold at the spa if your room has a bath, and a few self-service board games.
