For the record, Nooz is an exclusive concept for couples developed by Wim and his wife Heidi. These are never classic experiences, only tailor-made ones with total intimacy and a host of exclusive experiences. In 2022, Nooz was recognized by VTM News as a pioneer and innovator in the adults-only segment.

A mysterious round skylight, beautiful paneled walls, a tatami area with zaisu chairs, a chic lounge bar straight from a 5-star hotel in Tokyo... UmiNooz is elegantly decorated in a minimalist, Japanese-inspired style. Natural materials mixed with red and black tones complete the ambience. Here, you'll feel like a VIP on top of the world.

In the evening, the atmosphere becomes almost unreal: the sunset, the endless sea, the lively marina, the emblematic Mercator, the beautiful Belle-Époque station and the many lights.

An experience at Uminooz starts at around €1,180 per night for 2 people and includes evening meal (1st night only), deluxe brunch and unlimited use of the mini-bar. It's a great place to stay if you're celebrating a special occasion and don't want to worry about a thing.

Uminooz is located in Ostend, Belgium, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. It's the most dynamic city on the Belgian coast, especially along Langestraat. Landing on the beach is a real pleasure!
