Our stay
We had the opportunity to stay here for 1 absolutely pleasant night. We had the "Epopée" cabin with Nordic bath, which is no. 22 on the map below. Very intimate and very pleasant. We really loved the welcome from the whole team, the beauty of the estate and the château, and the total change of scenery.
We're in constant contact with the team's very friendly Alexia. We met in Paris in the offices of Coucoo Cabanes (in Saint-Ouen) to enrich this text.
The estate is open from early March through late November. Rates start at about 180€ per night for two people, and breakfast is always included. Here is a map of the estate (image) to help you find your way around when you arrive.
The setting is cinematic: the majestic château appears at the very end of the driveway. You can then turn left to reach the parking lot in front of reception. You'll receive instructions, your key and a map, and can then walk to your cabin. If required, the team can take you and your luggage by buggy to your cabin.
The cabins
The treehouses are perched (video) between 7 and 13 meters high and are built among the branches of century-old oak trees. It’s the perfect blend of a unique experience and great comfort. There are 20 “Duo” treehouses designed specifically for couples, and most feature a Nordic hot tub.
Some of our favorite cabins:

2 • Starry • Photo • Photo
3 • Dome • Photo • Photo
4 • Mysterious • Photo • Photo
5 • Lov’Nid Promise • Photo • Photo
Depending on the cabin you choose, you'll enjoy the following facilities: 16 to 25m² bedroom with queen-size bed, bed linen, sitting area, water, electricity, heating, natural sheep's wool insulation, bathroom with shower, tea area, Delonghi coffee bean machine, private terrace with magical view and Nordic bath heated to 40°C.
The cabins are also equipped with blackout curtains so you can sleep as long as you like in complete peace and quiet.
At the end of the day, it's not uncommon to catch a glimpse of wildlife, especially deer and hinds. It's on the well-mown grass of the golf course that you're most likely to see them, just as the sun is setting.
Life on the estate
In the morning, a breakfast basket is delivered to the foot of your cabin. This is included in your reservation. On the menu: viennoiseries, half-tradition, yoghurt, apple juice, jam, honey and butter. We recommend you take it on the outdoor terrace. Only the sound of birdsong accompanies this gentle moment, with the occasional curious boat attracted by the Nordic bath.
Here are a few extras:
- Brunch basket with a late start at 1 p.m. instead of 11 a.m. (€65 for 2 people)
- Romantic package including chocolate fondue and massage oil (€75 for 2 people)
- Massages in the wellness room near the front desk (€65 for 30 min)
Almost anything is possible if you’re planning a surprise. Feel free to make your request when you book: floral decorations, a cake in the cabin, a petal-strewn path, or a photographer’s services, for example. If you’d like to keep it a secret until the cabin is revealed, please mention that when you book as well. The team is used to this and will play along with a touch of mischief.
A few random tips:
1. Download your films, series and music before coming, as the cabins have no wifi and very poor internet reception (except at the summit).
2. Take a portable Bluetooth speaker if you want to listen to music.
3. A few books or board games are a must if you really want to switch off.
4. For the evening, raclette is very good, but it's slow because the cheese is heated by candlelight.
5. For lunch, there's a very good restaurant with a new glass roof opposite reception.
6. If it rains, Aigle boots and umbrellas are available at reception.
7. Don't bring a large suitcase, prefer a small suitcase or backpack.
8. Take a few candles with you to create a pleasant atmosphere in the evening.
